Event Description:
CBHDA SAPT Committee Meeting - July 13th and 14th

Planned Safety Precautions:

 

For individuals planning to attend In-Person meetings, CBHDA would ask all attendees to follow these safety precautions (subject to change up to the day prior, to reflect up-to-date health and safety protocols and/or increased community transmission levels):

  • Ask all attendees to wear a face mask while attending the CBHDA meeting.
  • Ask attendees to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon arrival at meeting.  No exceptions are allowed.  Attendees who can not provide their vaccination record will not be permitted to attend.
  • If attendee is experiencing illness or has been exposed to anyone with a positive COVID-19 test within prior 7 days – we ask that they please do not attend the meeting.

Wednesday, July 13th (Counties only)

·       12:30p: Registration Opens

·       1:00p – 5:00p: Program

 Thursday, July 14th (Counties and Providers/Partners)

·       7:45a:  Registration Opens

·       8:15a – 8:45a: Continental Breakfast (included w/registration)

·       9:00a – 12:00p: Program

·       12:00p – 1:00p: Lunch (included with registration)

·       1:00p – 3:00p: Program

·       3:00p:  Adjourn

County/Members and County Staff:

CBHDA covers the cost for each county to send 1 representative (AOD Administrator or their designee) to each of the In-Person SAPT Committee meetings.  SAPT Committee Co-Chairs will also have meeting costs covered for these meetings.

When registering for the In-Person SAPT Committee meetings, if you are the AOD Director/Administrator (or attending as her/his designee) –please click on the "CBHDA County Member Designee" button to register at No Charge.

Counties may also bring additional county staff (upon approval by the AOD Director/Administrator from your county) for $100.00 per meeting – please select the “CBHDA Additional Country Staff button to register.

External Partners and SUD Providers

Partners/Providers may register for July 14th at the cost of $75 for the day.  Please select the “Invited Partners/Providers” button to register.

Registering in advance of the meeting is required – to make sure that we have sufficient seating, meals and specialty food requests for your attendance. Registration may be paid via credit card only.  We no longer accept checks for payment.  If you are unable to attend, please cancel 7 days prior to the event to avoid unnecessary charges to CBHDA.  Cancellations received in writing, at least 7 days prior to event, will receive a refund to the credit card used minus a $25.00 processing fee.

Form of Payments Accepted:  Mastercard or Visa only - CBHDA  no longer accept checks or purchase orders for meeting payment.  

Hotel Information:  For those who will need hotel accommodations, many travel sites are offering good rates at hotels nearby:  www.travelocity.com; www.hotels.com; www.expedia.com
